2️⃣ Complete Your Paperwork – You’ll complete a short intake form, and then we’ll schedule your first appointment—either in-person or online.
3️⃣ Start Your Healing Journey – Progress looks different for everyone—but one day, you’ll look back and realize: you’re not in that stuck place anymore.

Each session is about 50 minutes.

No, we prioritize personalized care without insurance limitations.
However, we are happy to offer courtesy billing to submit claims on your behalf. Additionally, we can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance.

No worries! Your first session will involve an intake process where we discuss your background, concerns, and goals.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some find short-term therapy (6-12 sessions) helpful, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll evaluate together.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

I’ve always felt called to walk alongside people in their hardest moments. My experience in ministry, combined with my work at the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, deepened my passion for mental health. I’ve worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder, and helped them navigate their struggles with compassion and care.
